U kunt zich door middel van onderstaande link inschrijven bij onze praktijk, wij geven naast specialistische zorg ook reguliere tandzorg voor gezinnen. Na ontvangst van uw gegevens neemt onze patient coordinator contact voor het maken van uw eerste afspraak.
Online bookings for registered patients
If you are already registered as patient with us you can book your appointment online, you will then receive a confirmation email and we look forward to seeing you soon at our clinic.
To book the first time you need the email account which you have given us together with your patient number. Please contact us through our contact form if you need your patient number and save this information for future online bookings.
Indien u al ingeschreven staat bij ons kunt u door middel van onderstaande link een online afspraak boeken.
U kunt inloggen met uw email en patiënten nummer. Indien deze nog niet bekend is voor u, graag het contact formulier invullen, wij mailen uw patiënten nummer door naar u. Graag deze gegevens bewaren voor uw volgende online boeking.
